This fund exists
- to collaborate with public and private agencies, corporate and philanthropic organizations,
- to build community support for The Gullah-Geechee Situation Park Memorial,
- to raise the funds for its development and construction
- to fund the ongoing work
- to educate the community around the issues which gave rise to this project
- the sacrifices of the veterans and their families and
- to provide services to those veterans and their family members who have and who continue to serve our nation in its military.
